Classes

We offer private group classes for every level, and each class is customized to meet your groups goals (no drop-ins). See below for class options for your group of 4 or more. If you have a group of 10 or more please inquire for rates.

HIIT/Circuit Training

High Intensity Interval Training and/or Circuit style training with bursts of cardio and strength. This is a great class for a group of friends if you want to add a little challenge and competition into your vacation.

Ski Conditioning/Outdoor Fit

For adult green circle (beginner), blue square (intermediate) or black diamond (advanced) skiers alike, this class will teach you the key moves to improve your day on the slopes or trails. Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and full body exercises so you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. This workout will help you build strength key to skiing (sports) performance. This class offering incorporates plyometrics and moves to keep you strong all season long.

Barre to Brunch : Tone to Toast

Welcome to your perfect workout with a group. Choose between a barre, yoga, circuit or combo class (a series of intense barre warm-up moves with alternating bursts of aerobic exercise and weight training, followed by a great stretch).

Head to a local brunch hot spot after, your instructor will provide recommendations.

Private personal training and private group classes are available by request for dates and times that work with your vacation/skiing schedule

Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, Retreat Groups, Family Reunions, Men’s Fitness, etc. Add a little friendly competition to your vacation!

 

Avant/Après Ski Stretch 

Join us before or after your ski day for Ski Total Body Stretch. Open to anyone looking for a great warm up or cool down before or after your ski day. This class incorporates stretches specific to skiing mobility.

Yoga Flow

Open to any level of practice, our Vinyasa Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence. Great for all levels.

Barre/Yoga Fusion

Get your heart pumping and your asanas flowing. With a combination of high-intensity cardio barre movements and yoga flow poses, this class is perfect for those who move at a moderate to faster pace. Level II-III
